I am thrilled to welcome Isaac Lujan as Simbian's new Global Vice President of Channel and Partnerships. Isaac officially joins our leadership team this month and brings an exceptional track record of building and scaling partner programs across North America. He's a highly respected leader in the partner community, known for his strategic vision, operational excellence, and commitment to mutual success. As Global VP of Channel and Partnerships, Isaac will be responsible for building and managing our worldwide channel, alliance, and overall ecosystem program. 

Isaac has demonstrated remarkable success in developing high-performing partner organizations throughout his distinguished career. His impressive background includes managing the North American channel and alliances program at LogRhythm, where he drove significant growth through strategic partnership development. He also built an extremely successful channel program at Hunters, establishing it as a cornerstone of their go-to-market strategy. Isaac's expertise spans across multiple partner types, including VARs, MSSPs, system integrators, and technology alliances, making him uniquely positioned to lead Simbian's global expansion. 

As we continue to scale our AI agents for SecOps solutions globally, partner relationships remain fundamental to our growth strategy. The cybersecurity landscape is experiencing unprecedented transformation driven by AI adoption and the persistent talent shortage. Our partner ecosystem serves as the critical bridge between Simbian's innovative AI technology and the customers who need advanced security solutions. Isaac's proven ability to create win-win scenarios for partners and vendors alike makes him the ideal leader to take our global program to the next level.

Beyond his professional achievements and aspirations, Isaac demonstrates his commitment to community and education by serving on Advisory boards at Grand Canyon University and UC Irvine. He also volunteers at his local St. Vincent de Paul chapter, reflecting the values-driven leadership approach that aligns perfectly with Simbian's culture. In his personal time, Isaac enjoys spending quality moments with his wife and three children, bringing the same dedication to family that he applies to his professional endeavors.
