Simbian Announces New Head of Partnerships to Grow its Channel and Meet Accelerating Global Demand for its AI Agent Solutions

I’m pleased to welcome Norman Currie as Simbian’s new Head of Partnerships, leading our Channel and Technical Alliances organization. Norm joined the leadership team earlier this month, and he brings more than two decades in cybersecurity to the role. He’s a results-driven leader with a track record of building global partnerships, running tight operations, and growing the business. As Head of Partnerships, he’ll oversee both Channel Sales and Technical Alliances, drawing on deep experience across managed security services, SaaS, and go-to-market strategy.

Norm has spent his career scaling businesses, building high-value alliances, and sharpening both partner and customer experience. He’s led multi-million-dollar programs, including global channel enablement and pre-sales for the MSSP, SI, SP, and OEM routes to market at McAfee, where the business grew from $15M to over $200M. He launched managed security services at Accuvant (OPTIV), and ran global CX and service organizations at Binary Defense, Hunters, Expel, and ZeroFox.

Since we launched our channel program last year, Simbian has signed strategic relationships with partners around the globe. Today we’re 100-percent partner-driven: every Simbian product ships through one of our partners. We also work closely with more than a dozen MSSPs. Security is going through a seismic change, and demand for AI-based security is climbing fast because the global talent gap keeps widening. Our VAR, MDR, MSSP, and SP/SI partners are the force multiplier that puts the AI SOC Agent in front of Simbian AI customers who need it.

With Norm at the helm, Simbian is building a partner-first GTM model that will make us the go-to AI agent platform for Partnerships and alliances across the security landscape.
